This is one of the best dining experience in Orange we ever had!!! Food and cocktails are phenomenal. The Sirloin and beef tacos are super super tender. Oyster is really fresh and creamy. Sitting outdoor are actually pleasant in good weather with lovely service. We will definitely comeback to try other dishes as there are heaps of choices

Another hidden gem in Orange!!! every dish here is bursting with flavour and beautifully thought out from the small plates to dessert. The short rib rendang skewer was melt in your mouth tender, the prawns with squid XO and pickled fennel were so unique and even the sourdough with applewood-smoked butter was a standout. We also loved that the pasta came from a kid-friendly open food menu which makes the place feel extra welcoming for families. The mocktail was crisp and refreshing and the whole vibe is warm, relaxed, and perfect for slowing down and soaking it all in. Such a lovely dining experience and we’ll definitely be back. Amazing work, Julian and Mitha!

I had a delightful lunch at Ignite Bar & Grill today. We started with the Sesame Prawn Toast as an entrée, and it was cooked to perfection—crispy and flavorful! For the main course, both dishes were absolutely mind-blowing. The lamb was cooked to a perfect medium-rare, tender and full of flavour, while the barramundi was on another level—so fresh and beautifully seasoned. Highly recommend this restaurant to anyone

Our first meal in Orange (a weekend getaway from the coast) and we were delighted by the ambience of the restaurant, almost as if we were invited to a dinner party in the coziest house on the block! The menu is best enjoyed as shared meals where we ordered the Prosciutto Flatbread and Octopus skewer to start followed by the Sirloin, Spatchcock, and Yellow Curry Short Rib. The food was good- paired very well with the local Ciders and pineapple cocktail (10/10 highly recommend!) What made our night extra special was the service from the moment we walked in, cared for our questions about what to order, and wished us a great time in Orange. Lovely team behind the restaurant bringing a memorable dining experience. (Now…we’re big foodies so here’s our nitty gritty-ish review of the food: The Kalamata olive base complimented the octopus nicely, though could have used more salt. Flatbread with prosciutto, cashew pesto and whipped ricotta was incredibly delicious and cut up into quarters perfect to share. It was simple but delivered to perfection making us curious about the other flatbread options they offer. My personal favourite dish of the night was the Sirloin cooked medium rare which melted on the tongue paired with the gratin which had such an addictive appeal. I was still thinking about this dish the next day (and I’m not the biggest red meat eater which says a lot)- highly highly recommend! Charcoal spatchcock, roast peppers and chimichurri was a delightful combination of flavour. The meat was extremely juicy (although it was very pink near the bone.. we felt okay the next day so let’s move on) however the chimichurri lacked the punchiness we would have liked. Lastly, the short rib skewer with yellow curry-Delicious!!! There was a generous amount of meat to share, cooked to perfection, and the pieces of sweet potatos brought a fun charm to the dish. Definitely on the saltier side so a bowl of rice would have balanced it out perfectly.) Overall- good food in a lovely space with even lovelier staff x

Incredible flavours accompanied by an intimate mood in the inside dining area. The staff were exceptionally polite and inviting. The under $20 menu for January had fantastic options! I recommend dining here if you haven’t already, you won’t regret it!

Found this cosy restaurant on a cold Sunday evening, perfect meals, delicious Dutch and Indonesian influences . The pork belly really melts in your mouth. Definitely leave some space for desserts. We will be back for sure.

An absolute gem of a restaurant! Perfect for date night, a special meal with family and friends or just a mid week treat. The menu is constantly changing with seasonal produce and is honestly so exciting - we had the octopus skewer with olive tapenade, prawn toast and tuna flatbread and all were Had probably my favourite cocktail I’ve had all year too - a spiked cucumber cooler with smoked salt Drinks were just as well thought out as the food! All round 10/10 experience with the service and atmosphere being just as impressive as the meal. Ignite is an absolute must whilst in Orange!
